The Family Law Information Centres can provide you with information about:

Money Matters: Kerby Centre Information Line
Money Matters for Seniors is a joint education and awareness initiative involving the Calgary Police Service, local financial institutions and the Kerby Centre for Seniors. The goal of the program is to create awareness about elder financial abuse and to communicate places seniors can turn to for help if they are experiencing elder financial abuse.

Family Violence Prevention
Has information about family violence and the Protection Against Family Violence Act. It also has materials in many languages.
Phone: 310-1818, toll-free from anywhere in Alberta, twenty four hours a day, seven days a week.

Office of the Ombudsman
Conducts impartial investigations on receipt of written complaints from individuals who believe that they have been unfairly treated by the provincial government. There are only two offices in Alberta.
